Flat Tummy Tea

Flat tummy tea: exquisite blend of flat tummy tea usually enjoyed at night consists of 28 individually wrapped tea bags. The tea helps in reducing bloating; helps digestion, suppresses appetite, and helps in weight loss, especially in the tummy area where there is stubborn fat.

Preparation: Add one tea bag to a cup of boiling water and let it sit for more than five minutes till the water turns brown. You can also reheat the tea if it gets too cold. It's also possible to brew in a pot for a few minutes. Add honey or lemon for taste.
