Sweat Inducing Cream: feels warm on skin after application as outlined on our website. If abnormal irritation occurs, discontinue use.for external use only Keep out of direct sunlight and store below 30℃. Keep away from eyes. 

Directions for use: For best results, apply only a small amount to your skin and spread evenly using circular motions until absorbed. Use daily to see the fastest results or a minimum of 2-3 times a week. It works best when used with our Huis Van Mely waist trainers or neoprene leggings during a workout out; running errands or doing chores around the house.
